    Wireless card for desktop


    hi all,
    I am planing to buy D-Link DWL-G510 Wireless PCI Adapter 802.11G 54Mbps. I would like to know if the drivers for this hardware is supported by Mandrake community 10.1 or tell me where I can find the drivers for this hardware.

    as far as i can tel Rev. B of that model of card has the atheros chipset which is built into several distros (ubuntu, suse, mepis for example) and when it's not there by default it's the madwifi drivers.

    Rev. A of that card is Marvel chipset which i'm not familiar with.

    but that's just a quick google of that card.
