hello,
i try to connect to an HP ux server from a station with mandriva linux and telnet.
The problem is that my keyboard is not good recognize, specialy the fonction touch like F4.
As somewhere a solution.

Is the keyboard fully functioning? Test to see how the key is recognised by running the command
in the terminal. Point your mouse at the window that appears then hit the keys you need to test. See what results you get there.Code:xev

telnet
It's possible that the system you are telnetting into dosn't understand some of the PC specific keys ...i believe that a console emulation is created for telnet and the type of console would determine the keyboard layout.
