from what I searched, isnt the grub.img meant for if you are booting for the hard drive itself? I need the one for booting from my USB CD-ROM drive. or maybe im wrong?

aren't CDs bootable... ?? why you need bootable floppy.. ?I need the one for booting from my USB CD-ROM drive

because my cd-rom is through USB, it will not boot the CD by itself.
