If I get this right, you are trying to setup and run "real player" as an .exe file with Wine. Why don't you just donwload the .rpm file for that and install it like any software throughCode:
rpm -ihv filename.rpm

Hi - there's no need to run Realplayer using Wine. As the previous poster mentioned there's a version that will run natively on Linux, even if it has fewer nice features. You just need to locate it on the Realplayer site as it's non-free software.I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it. - Pablo Picasso
