A question about partition and sharing
Hello
I have a small-server box running Mandrake 10.x. I've a 120GB HDD in it with a / partition and a 100GB /home which is shared with samba.
If I was to add another hard drive (also 120GB) in order to have more space I would like it to be shared as well.
I was only able to share the /home directory when I was setting up mandrake on the computer. My memory is a little hazy since it's been working perfectly since the install (over 1 year ago), but I remember it being very persisant in only allowing home to be shared.
Is there a way to share other mount points or maybe to create a virtual shortcut from /home to the new partition thus quasi-extending it?
Thanks in advance
