    how does mandriva powerpack 2007 compare with FC6 ?

    Thank you for reading my post
    I am totally newbee and i want to join linux folks.
    so far i tried FC6 which i heard that is a very good and stable linux but it hanggs on my computer without any reason.
    now i want to buy one of
    Mandriva powerpack or Suse 10.1
    my questio is :
    -How does Mandriva powerpack 2007 compare with Suse 10.1 and FC6 in term of :
    -better configuration utilities
    -easier to make desktop as beautiful as many screenshot that i saw in the web which uses those karamba? stuff.
    -does Mandriva linux provide some autoupdate features that meke it posible to update linux from internet ?
    -what is prefered Desktop in Mandriva 2007 powerpack ?


    does it support Geforce fx 5500 / SATA hard disks / ..... ?
    -does it provide multiboot features when we have several hard disks (3 in my case , i have 2 sata and one IDE hard disk which i will install mandriva on a sata machine)

    Try it yourself, nobody can decide which is the best distro for you
    easier to make desktop as beautiful as many screenshot that i saw in the web which uses those karamba? stuff.
    karamab is for kde but there is also gdesklets for gnome

    Almost all distros can do this

    All Linux distros support these with some effort.
