    question about configuring the task bar icon effects

    thank you for reading my post
    how i can configure my task bar to be like the following images ?

    task bar icons are growing and in taskbar center icons are biggest and in taskbar left and right corners icons are the biggest.

    I think it is done through gdesklets ot maybe kiba dock under XGL/AIGLX. It also can be ksmoothdock
