    thunder bird installation in linux

    1. Please guide howto install thunderbird tar.gz (downloaded version is 1.5.0. file in mendrake 10.1 official .
    I can directly run thunderbird by doubclick on thunderbird but without installation.
    What is RPM of thunderbird or where can I get it.

    2. When I run thunderbird and use tools to import, there is no option shown for importing messages from outlook express.
