I'm not sure if this is true for *all* Winamp skins, but this guy makes skins that work with both.

Hi - You won't find many differences between Winamp and XMMS. I use Winamp skins with XMMS all the time. You just need to copy them into your /Skins directory ... wherever that is.
Most of them don't need unzipping either.
PS: My favourite skin is called 'Cherry Best': http://www.xmms.org/skins.php
::HINT:: When using XMMS don't rely on its own volume control. Turn it down and use your speaker's volume control instead. Your mp3s will sound deeper and richer. If not then words with 'S' in will sound like ZZzzZZZzzZZZ.I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it. - Pablo Picasso

all (almost) winamp classic skins work perfectly with xmms
