kernel panic: VFS HELP!
I have tried to install an external disk in my laptop (mandrake 10) I used mount -t -auto...
Then I reboot again and now I can not enter in my laptop it stops in the boot process saying:
Kernel panic: VFS : Unable to mount root fs on 03:07
I tried several options found in googlee but nothing worked. I think it has something to be with the ide-scsi simulation but I am new in Linux and I have no idea how to solve the problem. I have lilo.conf and ide hardrive.
anyone can help me?
