    kde header files missing in mandrvia 2007

    i keep getting this error whenever i try to compile something.
    in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
    So, check this please and use another prefix!

    i can't find any kde header files to install in the mandrvia control centre where are they?
