Wifi file
I have Mandriva Live 1 running from a cd. Whenever I tried to set up my wifi network, it told me that I was missing a file, which I downloaded and tried to move to the usr/sbin folder. It told me that I did not have access to this folder. Could it be because I am running it from a cd as opposed to the hard disk? If not, is there any way for me to access this folder? Thanks.

are you logged in as root when trying to access the file?
hope this helps.

It doesn't matter where you put the files, just run the configure again and point to them and then don't move them.
