AFAIK, all of the connexant Linux drivers are !free (as in beer). You can get a free version that limits you to 28.8Kbps, however.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't know that the kernel 2.6 compatible drivers are available yet.

www.linuxant.com has drivers but they are limited to 14.4k
for full rate ones u haev to pay money. (or i suppose u could try to bypass the registration code)
