You have to install those packages.
If you are using Mandriva just go to the install program and do a search for 'tk' and one for 'kernel-source'.
Make sure you select the source for the ther kernel you have installed (the was my problem, I install a different source version then what I had installed).

If they don't come up in your search goto http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/ follow the steps to add additional packages.
