    Did you download the drivers?

    Boot into command line.

    init 3

    uname -r
    urpmi dkms-nvidia

    Then

    XFdrake

Then do init 5 or startx

I am no Linux expert but this worked for me. I recently came from Ubuntu so I am getting used to Mandriva package managers, etc.

Good luck, and let us know what happens.

that didn't work - when I did the urpmi step it said 'package not recognized'. Have I got to add a repository in order for that to work?
If so how do I do that?
