    Mandriva 2007 problem

    Hello ,

    I have a problem with mandriva 2007.

I tried to install mandriva on my laptop (toshiba m70-122 , centrino , 128 video shared , 512 DDR2 RAM).

The problem is X doesn't start... I tried different rezolutions when installing and different monitors but still won't work...

Anyone knows which might be the problem here ???

After doing some searching on google, it seems like Mandriva does not really get along with that card. I suggest that maybe you try a different distro, or install Mandriva in text mode and then try and fix the graphics issue after the installation.
