I am new to Linux and I am trying to install Mandriva 2007 Free Edition on a PC that I can not get to boot from CD. I have made the boot from floppy disk, and that works, but I need to get it to recognize my CD drive to continue the install, and I am not sure how to do that. Also I have been through my bios a few time to try and get my computer to boot from CD but have not had any luck there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
