requirement for 3D desktop?
I downloaded Mandriva 2007 Spring Free DVD and installed it on my ASUS laptop which is equipped with Intel T2250 1.73G CPU, 1.5G RAM, Nvidia GEFORCE GO 7300 (128MB Video RAM) and 100GB SATA HDD. However, I can not set up 3D desktop because the system does not support, why?

Try Mandriva 2007 Spring One (Gnome or KDE edition). Stay away from the free edition, as it doesn't include any non-free stuff.
