guys i have a problem

i installed mandriva 2007 on a virtual machine,it didnt detect my sound and graphics card at all,now my screen resolution is big and i cnt make it smaller without installing my graphics card.its an intel 82885/82888 graphics card on asus p3000 laptop with 1gb ram

how do i go about solving this prob
