how to install a network printer

hi guys i'am just a newbie here. can you help how to setup a network printer.
the printer that i will have to setup is a konica printer model 7235. what will i do.

MCC should have the tools to help you out on that...open a Terminal and type

MCC

Mandriva Control Center should open and you will have printer options to install the network printer.

Is this printer attached to your computer for sharing?

I agree with envirocbr, being fairly new to all this myself, but using the MCC (Mandriva Control Centre) I was able to find, attach and install, my current local network printer.

I did not get it going on my first attempt, but it is now operational and printing using the MCC.:cool:
