I need help with mandriva-one-2007

can some one can help me please?

im very new with linux i should say i have no experience at all, i have Download the mandriva-one-2007-free-gnome from the manvidia site, and i have no idea what to do with it . i have extracted the files and burned to a disc and thats how far i've get . i have been online trying to find some help and this site looks to be the one , so please help me

You don't extract the ISO image, just use a burn program like Nero and burn it as an image. Then insert the CD in you computer and reboot. If you go straight to Windows, you may need to modify some BIOS settings
