Is Mandrake 10.1 mini iso fully installable ?

Is Mandrake 10.1 mini iso fully installable ?
What does it lack from the conventional mandrake pl.
Got slow speed , so might just download mini form.

Not sure, but I was thinking the mini iso was simply for getting you booted with the basics to do an FTP install.
