Is that the official installation one? It's not the LIve CD one right?

I do believe that is the official one.

Does it have any restrictions? Because I hear its only the evaluation of the official one.

It has no restrictions, however it doesn't have all the packages you'd find on the retail box and it doesn't come with the manuals or tech support that you'd find were you to purchase the full version.
