update to mandriva 2007 problem
I have an ibm xSeries 346 server, it has 4 hard disks, 3 of them are in an array configured in bios, It had installed mandriva 2006 and this was the partition: sda1 /, sda6 /usr, sda7 /var (this is in the single disk) and the array had de sdb5 /home. I updated to mandriva 2007, but when it began, it displayed a message telling me that there is a software raid for disks sda, sdb, sdc, sdd, if I want to it be able? I choose yes (and I think that was a bad election) and continue with the update, the problem now is that if I want to mount my past sdb5 partition, I couldnīt. how can I undo the software raid? where does the operating system do (write) the new changes?
