I'm facing a weird problem: on my own PC I've managed to install the scanner with firmwares, but on my friend's PC Gimp just dont want to show the gt68xx option in the Aquire submenu.
I've tried sane-find-scanner and the "something" -L option and the system recognized the Mustek BearPaw 1200 CU Plus, but in Gimp I cannot find any devices.
What can be the problem?
