No sound in linux mint 10 rc

Hi, just installed Mint 10 RC and everything work except the sounds. I have this problem since mint 8.
Here's my sound card:

Edit: I do have a sound but it's all white noise. I check on my windows 7, and there's no problem
w/ the sound. Then go back to mint, the sound works. After a restart, again hear the white noise. Does anybody have idea how to fix this?

Hello, something that helped me is updating the 'alsa drivers'/

Also run a live CD or USB to see if you had sound there.

Also check the sound hardware and play with the settings. Turn them all off and try one by one, that might to it. (double check HDMI sound is off if not using HDMI)
