i have downloaded Linux mint 10 DVD , i am currently using windows xp how to make duel boot of Linux with windows Xp.i saw Linux mint on my friends laptop its very nice so i want to try it too......

Hello and welcome!
Burn the ISO file to disk as an image, then boot with the newly created installation disk and follow the self-guided installation process:

It will offer you a chance to setup a dual-boot system.oz
