earphones dont work
Hi, I just installed mint linux and have updated everything but for some reason my internal speakers play any audio and not my earphones (which are connected to the available space). In windows 7, which im dual booting, I have no issues.

Could the headphone socket be muted? Check the volume control although you may need to add the headphone sliders to it.

No, I'd tried that and worked with all the volume stuff I could. It's randomly no longer an issue since I rebooted though :/
