How does one enable custom cursors in Linux Mint. I watched a video that said download and drag the file in to change desktop folder.
Next question how do you install custom sounds in to Linux Mint

Open up the appearance applet and click the customise button. Go to Icons and you can import a downloaded icon set from there. As for the sounds there will be a sounds applet.
