Disable screen lock on lid close

Im running mint 11 and im trying to disable to need to input my password after i re-open my laptop lid.

I have already disabled the lock screen when screen saver is active, and i have disabled it in my user settings so i don't have to enter a pw on start-up.

    Any ideas?

In the XFCE edition the option is under the power manager but for Gnome it is a bit more complicated:

Press Alt + F2 and run gconf-editor. You should do this as your user and not root.
Go to apps -> gnome-power-manager -> lock and uncheck at least suspend and hibernate.
Go to desktop -> gnome -> lockdown and check disable_lock_screen

Congratulations, you now have an insecure laptop ^_^

My new blog. It's probably not as good as I think it is.
