    I figured out how to edit fstab, now I can't figure out how to correctly add entries.

    Here is what my entries look like now:
    # /etc/fstab: static file system information.
    #
    # <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
    proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
    UUID=1367da0b-0643-44fa-8487-d4abb7af3420 / ext4 rw,errors=remount-ro 0 1
    # /dev/sda2
    UUID=3ef5a2f9-cdd8-470a-a333-726e1b8095d5 /home ext4 rw,errors=remount-ro 0 0

    Here is what I am trying to do in EXT4:
    - Mount /tmp in RAM
    - Disable "atime"

    In the meantime, I will try the walkthrough you mentioned earlier in anticipation of receiving my new SSD next week. I certainly would love to get this all straightened out. Thanks!
