Greetings:

For some reason I just automatically boot-up Maya XFCE just fine and get a sessions selection/creation menu on log-in, but I'm given no such create/name session options in booting-up MATE. I do get a boot-up menu with choices such as Last Session, MATE, XFCE Session, Select Language, Remote XDMCP Login, Run Xclient script, Secure XRemote connection, and if I log into MATE I get the previous session screen without any means to first name or create a new session as in XFCE. Am I missing something in my MATE set-up?
