    Question Why Am I Suddenly Having Trouble Mounting My MP3 Player?


    It used to mount my Sansa Clip automatically, but now I'm always receiving a message telling me it can't mount, and I can't add or remove any files from the device.

    Does it say why you cannot add/remove files? Other than not being able to mount it?

    All it says is, "Unable to mount MTP device [usb002005]." It doesn't even show the icon of the device. I am unable to do anything with it, besides charging the battery.
