    Switching to Mint from Fedora

    Hello all,

My Fedora user account is password protected (/home/fedorauser) , once I install Mint, would I be able to access the files under this fedora user without a problem because of the password?

Note: I have a /home partition, so I will not be formatting this, only root partition ( / )

    Thanks

Well, I just installed Mint, running really smooth so far, hopefully stays like that.

I made a backup of my fedorauser just in case I was not able to access it. Now I can see that I can access it just fine.
