    Latest from Mint forums:

    The final release announcements are out and the final release is simply the RC with all updates applied, so no need to reinstall. RC users will already have the final version as long as they've applied all level 1 updates from the update manager

    Sounds great. I've been using the RC for several days with no issues whatsoever. Fast and stable...may be the best Mint yet!

    DVD Playback with VLC
    EFI Support
    Bluetooth
    Solving freezes with some NVIDIA GeForce GPUs
    Booting with non-PAE CPUs
    Other issues
    Linux user since: June 2007
    Current distro: kubuntu-14.04
    Specs: AMD Atholon 64 X2 3.2 Ghz, 4GB RAM, GeForce GTS 250 1GB VRAM
    High five if you saw the linux computers 24 used on their CTU sets.
