    How to login to a CLI when $HOME permission error occurs??


    Not able to log in for the error, no other account. Any help??

    Boot in single user mode and fix the permissions.

    Well I can't login to my account, cuz of permissions error, so I want to change it(I know how to) by logging in to CLI(terminal) without logging in to any GUI account.
    I tried alt + ctrl + f1 but no result.

    I told you to boot in single user mode, but you didn't. Nobody can help you if you do not read the advice given.

    try livecd. i met situation when no any login was impossible thanks to SELinux.
