Mint 14 Cinnamon 64bit + frozen system ( 5 sek )

Hi,

I have Linux Mint Cinnamon 14 64bi, When the system load ( shows desktop all icons / process) for the first 5-6 seconds is frozen and nothing can be done. Why is this happening?
Linux is installed on the OCZ Vertex SSD 4.
Version LIVE is this same problem .

1. Cinnamon on my brother's laptop works perfectly ( The same image - the installation )

2. MD5 - It's O.K

2. memtest It's O.K

-what graphic card ?
-closed or opensource video driver ?
-network : wifi or wired ? DHCP or hard addressing ?
-Are you using network shares ?
