want a CD writing machine

I want a CD writing machine to change my CDR from Ubuntu Live CD or Installation Cd to Mint. Please give details.

Not sure that I follow what you are asking, but any current model DVD burner should be able to easily burn a Linux Mint ISO file to disk for you. You can find the latest Linux Mint downloads here:
