Is there an Icon Size option in Gnome GUI
it was driving me crazy to look at those gigantic retardo icons and fonts in the Gnome GUI, until I finally changed over to KDE (for other reasons), and found an Icon size option. I was just wondering if there was an Desktop Icon Size option for Gnome. By the way I am a 1 week Linux user.

right click on the menu, and change the menu size. It will make the menu smaller (like in windows) and scale down the icons accordingly

Hi,
In order to resize the icons on your Gnome Desktop you can go to the Desktop - Preferences - File Management and zoom out a little.
If you also want to use smaller fonts, just go to Desktop - Preferences - Font and on the Desktop font type and size adjust to the desired size.
