Problem to log in to the LINUX server using NoMachine (NX)

Recently, i had a problem to log in to the LINUX server using NoMachine but previously it runs fine. The details of the problem is stated below. It always give me this descriptions everytime i failed to log in.

I had tried to kill the previous job which i had accidentally didn't closed it properly but the symptom remain the same. Does anyone out there can help me?
