dang Just Joined! Join Date: Oct 2009 Posts: 5	/proc/ide/hda help :O) Hello, I hope someone can help I'm trying to copy the identify file from /proc/ide/hda/ but it's read only. I have tried everything to copy this file to my /mnt/floppy Using sudo nano identify will read the file but it does not correctly save the file to floppy. I need an exact copy to floppy Thank you for any help it would be much appreciated Dan I have posted this to Debian forum also
