I seem to have freevo up and running, but when I watch tv there is no sound. I get the same problem in vlc. Everything works fine in tvtime, however. I tried fiddling with the local_conf.py and changed AUDIO_DEVICE and AUDIO_INPUT_DEVICE to various values, with no luck.
For the record, my tv signal is analog, and I'm trying to get the audio through the line-in on the sound card (directly through the PCI slot would be great, but it sounds more complicated). I am running Ubuntu Edgy 6.10, my tv tuner is a Kworld ATSC 110, and I'm using the onboard sound on my Asus P5W DH-Deluxe.
