Update problem, can't quit
I'm installing a software update. The only problem is that one of the updates failed and Linux isn't doing anything about it. Now I can't seem to be able to exit the update system.
What command to I need to do to quit it?

We need a bit more info. Which Linux distro do you have? Which Package Manager are you using?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
