eBay Aution Tool's - Do any work with Linux?

I know eBays own Turbo Lister won't run in wine, and that there are no native eBay listing tools. But do any of the other programs out there work in either wine or mono?

I've found a couple of decent looking freeware listing tools. One that looked promising was called 'The Poster Toaster'

This installed perfectly in wine, but it only gets as far as the splash screen when starting up then it cuts out. Using Process Explorer to find out what other dll's it might need (and then copying them over) didn't help.

But there are a couple of .net framework programs available too. One that's free is called 'AuctionSplash' - In this case I managed to get the programs folder for it and ran the AuctionSplash.exe using mono version

But it didn't have the needed Visual.Basic support to run the program and to upgrade to a newer version of mono with better vb support I'll need to first upgrade some glibc stuff. Looks promising though.

Has anyone had any better luck getting things like this to run?

Thanks Robin, the last one, the Java listing tool does look very interesting and worth investigation.

    Thank you for the reply
