Hi,
Almost all applications stores personal settings in your home directory, normally in hidden files (name start with a dot)... specifically, kde applications (such ktorrent) uses a standard directory: ~/.kde/share/config ... so, the file that you need to share is ~/.kde/share/config/ktorrentrc
Greetings,
p.s. just in case
, "~" means "your home directory" or "/home/your_user_account_name" ...

Thanks!!!
Will be enough to put link for my file "ktorrentrc" to another user folder "/home/another.user/.kde/share/config/"? (and change access rights for it, of course)
