Take a look at GuardDog or Firestarter. They are both very popular options for Linux users.

Most gui firewalls are basically just frontends to iptables. Fedora ships with system-config-firewall which is one of the many guis available for iptables.

is shoreline firewall aka Shorewall, a good one? what do u guys think of Shorewall?
