That's the Mac OS Dock, for a Linux version try Kiba Dock --> http://www.kiba-dock.org/

You can also try KSmoothDock if you use KDE or Avant Window Navigator if you use Gnome.

I have wbar, which I think works on any windows manager/desktop environment. It's inspired by mac. Here's a screenshot of my current Fluxbox desktop.
Distribution: Archlinux
Processor: 3 x Amd 64 bit
Ram: 4 GB
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT
