Fedora E17 respin

It's more of a hybrid using Gnome apps to make up for what E17 lacks at this point.

Figured I'd post this here just in case anyone is interested in trying it out. Hope it's in the right section, if not will a mod please move it.

Needs testing/feedback, so please be aware that there may be issues. But hopefully things just work out of the box.
