I need a Linux OS other than Ubuntu which has a repair disk or repair software
I need a Linux OS other than Ubuntu which has a repair disk or a software program that will easily repair the OS without using technical (IT) methods unfamilar to a newbie like me. I have Ubuntu but have to keep on installing it over and over.
Someone said their is no such thing. I need more opinions.

Opensuse has a repair facility on its instal disk - but I'm not sure how good it is or whether it would suit whatever your needs are.
