Hey guys, I just bought a Seagate FreeAgent Go, and formatted it into a NTFS drive on my windows desktop. I can write and manipulate the drive with my windows platform, but when I connect it to Linux, it says it's write-protected. What can I do? I'm using PCLinuxOS Gnome and I tried using Gparted to format it, but it didn't work. Any other suggestions?

EDIT!

I'm so sorry. I just found the solution. I logged in as root, used NTFS Configuration Tool, and made it write/executable. It works perfectly now..sorry guys
